Part-Time Rooms Available In Santa Cruz

Our center is on the main floor of the Branciforte Plaza across from the Butterly and near Wholefoods. This is a beautiful and well-known historic building in town (Ristorante Italiano is on the bottom floor) with free parking, 24-hour security, and landscaped grounds. There are part-time rooms to rent available at the center.

Our center has 10 rooms and over 20 practitioners (great for referrals and networking). The rent includes:

• Fully furnished room
• Natural lighting and ventilation as well as a quiet HEPA air purifier
• A personalized nameplate on the door of your office
• With high-speed 5G WIFI from Cruzio. Ideal for video conferencing.
• A large, comfortably furnished common area (500 sq ft!) with seating, plants, a work desk, current magazines, a tea station, and a natural spring water dispenser.
• Mail service
• A kitchenette with a refrigerator, double sink, and microwave.
• Professional cleaning.
• Individual storage space within each room.

The room is ideal for therapists, coaches, hypnotherapists, consultants, and other practitioners doing one-on-one and couples sessions.
