Jill has over three decades of experience, expertise and ongoing education in movement studies and the equestrian arts. She discovered the Feldenkrais Method® in 2002 and has continued to develop her sensory and nonverbal communication skills by working with many different people, dogs, and horses. She continues to deepen her understanding of healing, self-discovery, and the Feldenkrais Method through advanced coursework and trainings. Currently, Jill is studying Argentine Tango, Craniosacral therapy, trauma informed horsemanship, polyvagal theory, and equestrian arts to develop and inform her sensitivity and awareness of habitual movement patterns in herself and her clients. Jill believes that variation is at the heart of evolution.
