Ayurvedic yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga and Ayurveda. In session, Jen uses an individualized approach to help people realize their wholeness via a mind-body-spirit connection.

Along the journey toward yoga therapy she earned a 500 hour yoga teaching certificate and a Master of Arts in Ayurveda. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Jen works to educate clients on yogic practices combined with diet and lifestyle practices to adopt in order to feel their best.
