My introduction to Massage Therapy was in the mid-70’s.  Since that time I have had the good fortune of working with many great teachers and practitioners.

Massage Therapy, Bodywork, is an act of service.  When a session is in progress, there is a sense of presence.  A sense of being in the moment.  When we can be in the moment, anything is possible.

Rosen Method helped me see the importance of being present.  Teaching massage therapy for over 25 years helped me with my journey of patience.  Our lives are for us to make choices.  Choices that may bring us to happiness and peace or choices that bring us away.

Massage Therapy is a choice for self-discovery.  It’s a time of true honesty with one’s self.  True healing can only take place with true honesty.  This is the path we all may choose to walk.
